"Don´t try so hard" es una canción del grupo Queen, de las últimas que tocaron con Freddie Mercury aún en vida. Se publicó en Innuendo y fue compuesta por John Deacon, el bajista del grupo. Esta canción se comenzó a grabar en 1989 y se acabó en 1990 para publicarla en 1990. Nunca apareció como sencillo. En esta canción se puede observar cómo de poderosa podía llegar a ser la voz de Mercury, pues tenía algunos cambios de voz curiosos y, además, tenía una escala de voz de muy alto nivel y llegó a cantar notas de cuatro octavas.
